Romans 13

Paul helps us understand our relationship with those who are not part of the church. First, he teaches us to submit to governing authority in the world, which includes paying taxes (13:1-7). Second, he teaches that we must love our neighbor, which fulfills the law (13:8-10). And finally, he teaches us to prepare for Christ’s return (13:11-14).
