WHAT'S THE BIG SERVE?Annual BigServe Weekend, July 11-12, 2009
BIG SERVE is First Baptist Norfolk's community ministry through various events that directly minister to people's physical needs through service projects. Big Serve events take the Church outside the walls.
If you missed it last year, the annual BigServe weekend is a two-day event in which First Baptist Norfolk mobilizes into the community during times that are normally reserved for worship. Everyone is encouraged to find a place of service through a Bible study class or as a family (or those who are like family). We then return at 6 PM for a BigServe Celebration worship service.
