Welcome to Kids Ministry where we want learning about God to be fun and exciting!

We welcome children, grades 1-5, to join us where they will:

LIFEgroups

Kids LIFEgroups meet in person at 9 AM and 10:30 AM on Sundays on the second floor; Kids participate in a large group time then break out into age-graded small groups.

It is our desire to share God’s love with every child to a point where they will choose to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

DETAILS FOR KIDS

Entry to the second floor will be accessible by the elevators and their adjacent stairwells.

Check-In Stations will be located in front of the Welcome Desk and down the Kids Ministry hall leading to Room 220.

There are four simple guidelines to make the transition to a new Kids Ministry for our 1st - 5th graders:

PRINT OUT a security badge at one of the four Check-In Stations on the 2nd floor

DROP OFF your child in Room 220 where LIFEgroup leaders will be waiting for all kiddos

PICK UP your child in their grade level LIFEgroup with your security badge

For Grades 1-5

A special 4 week class for all children who have made a personal decision to follow Jesus, are interested in baptism, or just have questions.

Early Fall: September 13, 20, 27 and October 4

Late Fall: October 25, November 1, 8, 15

First Grade Bible Presentation

September 20 | 4:00 - 6:00 PM | Kids Ministry Room 220

First graders are blossoming as readers and we celebrate these newest members of Kids Ministry by presenting them with their own Bible! It’s an exciting time in a child’s life and we share this accomplishment with them and their families at First Grade Bible Presentation, Sunday, September 20 at 4 PM in Kids Ministry room 220.

The Harbor

Meets the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month starting September 15 10:00-11:30 AM

The Harbor is a mentoring ministry for moms. This incredible opportunity is for moms of all ages and in all stages at First Norfolk and in our community. We know that parenting well does not happen without intentionality and investment. Childcare & activities for birth-5th grade with advance registration.

Good News Club is an exciting ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship, which meets weekly at Lake Taylor School.
