Growth Track is a four-part experience. Sunday morning sessions meet during the 10:30am hour on four consecutive Sundays of that month in room 206, 312 Kempsville Rd Bldg. Intensives allow you to complete the whole experience in one afternoon and typically occur on Saturdays.
