We're having a classy Christmas dinner, some whacky games, Christmas-themed putt-putt on the 3rd floor, prizes and a not-so-classy Tacky Sweater contest. Bring your friends! You'll need a $5 ticket that you can get by registering. Tap or click the button.
Have you ever watched a Christmas movie and wished that you could visit the quaint small town Christmas festival featured in the final moments? You know, the one where the characters are surrounded by a sea of lights, a giant Christmas tree, fun music, and kids twirl on an ice skating rink as Santa sits in the background? Now is your time! Come to Hometown Christmas. We will have all this and more for free.
Get a picture with Santa each evening and listen to carolers sing. Meet the animals at the live nativity. Let snowflakes tickle your face during our Christmas tree lighting each evening at 5:30. Watch as your kids twirl on the sock skating rink and take a ride on the barrel train. Food trucks will have meals available for purchase. Take a stroll through our craft vendor fair and pick up those last minute gifts from local artists. Have a memorable experience with your friends and family by taking a time out in the busyness of the holidays to enjoy one another’s company and the classic delights of the Christmas season.
We are looking for volunteers to help us build and create for the event, prep in advance, and serve during Hometown Christmas. Interested? Email firstname.lastname@example.org or click the link below.
We'll have 2 opportunities to worship Christmas Eve. The 3 pm gathering is indoors in the Worship center. The 5 pm gathering will be outdoors around the tree in the field. Come as you are and bring a chair or blanket (and maybe some hot chocolate!) if you are attending the 5 pm. Merry Christmas!
We will not be gathering in person for worship or LIFEgroups on December 26. Instead, we will worship online at 9 AM and 10:30 AM.
