What are the dates and ages of student camp?

July 1-5 and is for all rising 6th - 12th graders.

How does my student get to and from camp?

Drop off and pick up at First Baptist Norfolk. Transportation provided via charter bus to and from camp.

What activities can my student expect at camp?

paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, shooting range with NRA certified officers, giant swing, archery tag, high ropes course, rock climbing, and ziplines to name a few. You can find out more about TRO on their website HERE

Will there be additional refreshments available?

Yes! Please bring money for the snack bar, gift shop, ice cream parlor and coffee shop.

What do the fees include?

Transportation to and from First Norfolk, lodging, meals, and a camp t-shirt.

Do I need to have a medical release form filled out for my student?

Every student must have a completed a First Norfolk medical release form. The medical release form only needs to be filled out once every calendar year and will need to be notarized. The church has several notaries on staff if you need that assistance.
